APPT_CANCEL

When an user cancels a gate transaction appointment.

APPT_CANCELED_NOT_REUSED

The Auto Canceled not reused Appointment background job records this event when a canceled gate appointment slot was not reused by the same trucking company (i.e. when the Slot Reused field for that appointment is False).

APPT_CLOSE

• When user closed an appointment

• N4 closed when closing the associated truck visit per the Auto Close Truck Visit background job.

APPT_CREATE

• When a new appointment is created with the following attributes: Transaction type, Line operator, Trucking Company, Truck License, Driver ID,Reference Nbr, container ID, Appointment openings, Requested Date.

• The status of an appointment that is associated to a canceled gate transaction gets reverted back to 'Created'.

APPT_EXPIRE

When an appointment that was in a Created or Late state and the appointment late tolerance has passed. In this case, N4 automatically updates the state to Expired when the Auto Expire Appointment background job runs.

APPT_LATE

When an appointment that was in a Created state and the appointment end time has passed. In this case, N4 automatically updates the state to Late when the Auto Late Appointment background job runs.

APPT_UPDATE

When you update any one of the following appointment fields: Transaction type, Line operator, Trucking Company, Truck License, Driver ID,Reference Nbr, container ID, Appointment openings, Requested Date.

APPT_USED

When an appointment was already processed at the specified gate by the gate clerk.

APPT_USED_LATE

When an appointment that was in Late state (after the end time but before the late tolerance has passed) was processed at the specified gate.

APPT_USED_PEAK_HRS

When an appointment is used during peak hours.

CUSTOM_TV

In the appointment stage, if the truck visit is not obtained or doesn't have a real truck visit at the movement, N4 records the CUSTOM_TV event.

MOVE_TV

When the truck moves from one facility to another facility.

NOTICE_TV

When a general notice is triggered and sent against the truck visit event.

TV_ITZ_DONE

When the movement of the truck is done at the current exchange lane or when truck handling is done at a transfer area.

TV_ITZ_LANE_ARRIVAL

N4 records this EC event when a truck arrived in an appointed exchange lane or when a truck reported its presence in the transfer area.

UNIT_ACCESSORY_OUT_GATE

When an accessory exited facility via gate.

When a carriage entered facility via gate.

UNIT_CARRIAGE_OUT_GATE

When a carriage exited facility via gate.

UNIT_DISABLE_ROAD

When you add a hold or a permission that prevents you from delivering the unit out of the gate after N4 recorded the UNIT_ENABLE_ROAD event for the unit.

UNIT_DELIVERED_WITHIN_GRACE_

When you gate out a container within the grace hours. N4 updates the status from PARTIAL to INVOICED in the Chargeable Unit Events view.

UNIT_ENABLE_ROAD

When the Stop-Road field in the Units view is False, and a unit no longer has REQUIRED permissions or ACTIVE holds that prevent you from delivering the unit out of the gate. The intended outbound carrier visit of the unit must be ‘truck’.
